  • Subscription Agreements
  • Franchise Agreements

3. Objective of the Policy

Franchisees are fully responsible and accountable for any misuse conducted by their sub-users.

8. System Limitations & Rate Management

To ensure fair access and platform stability, Lawttorney.ai may apply:

  • Feature usage restrictions

During high-traffic periods:

  • Premium Users may receive priority processing.

These measures are implemented to maintain balanced performance across all Users.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated output accuracy may vary depending on:

  • Jurisdiction-specific laws and recent updates

In many cases, responses may achieve high accuracy; however, results may reasonably reach up to 98% accuracy, depending on context and usage.

Lawttorney.ai is intended to assist and support legal work, not replace professional legal judgment.

Users are encouraged to:

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published by Lawttorney from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

The user agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

Lawttorney grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for research and informational purposes.

Access to the Platform is restricted to the Licensee and its authorized users.

Users shall not:
