  • Visiting charges are non-refundable once the visit is completed or scheduled.

2. Consultation & Design Fees

  • Consultation or design fees, if charged, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • Any complimentary consultation does not carry refund value.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Orders canceled after confirmation may attract cancellation charges depending on the stage of execution.
