Our dedicated support team strives to respond as quickly as possible. Typically, you will receive a reply within 24 hours on weekdays. However, responses may take longer on weekends, holidays, or if your issue requires assistance from the development team.
Our regular support hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM. We also try to respond outside these hours whenever possible.
